Melissa Douglas
Melissa conducts research in the rocky intertidal as part of the Multi-Agency Rocky Intertidal Network (MARINe), a large consortium of research groups working together to collect compatible data, utilizing long-term monitoring and the Coastal Biodiversity Surveys. She works with citizen scientists in a monitoring effort to track Sea Star Wasting Syndrome and maintains the websites seastarwasting.org and pacificrockyintertidal.org. Melissa also serves as one of the Lab Safety Representatives for the Raimondi Carr lab.
